The Canadian Emergency Act Inquiry

CEA

The Canadian Emergency's Act Inquiry was launched on the 17th October and was the start of 6 weeks of testimony by government, police, the public and actual freedom convoy protestors to investigate whether it was invoked lawfully for the 1st time in its history.

What's not readily apparent to many in the U.K. is that we also had an Emergency Act invoked which then also took away peoples freedoms, rights and also provided legal protections to the pharmaceutical industry as it was stated "no other safe and effective" treatment was available to treat covid.

This was a shocking lie because of the incessant drive to ridicule ivermectin and other drugs which have more than proven themselves over many years in safely treating people.

Anyway, what quickly became apparent to me at the Inquiry were the obvious amount of lies stated to try and justify police actions of beatings and abuses of peoples rights to protest because "the police were in fear of their life" whereas it actually embarrassed the government.

Whether it was residents over-stating "harms" done by protesters or claims of "intimidation" by them or witnesses from police chiefs to government members all stating they felt abandoned by a lack of government support it very early became clear that grounds for the Emergency Act were not met.

Long days of testimony with often repetitive questions did nothing but use time up and frustrate those with real answers needed but were heavily affected by time restrictions causing tempers to fray with many a wry look given by the judge which to be fair in most cases was extremely lenient.

An eye-opening Brendan Miller statement revealed that Justin Trudeau only even invoked the Act without the full knowledge of the various groups that fall under his remit. One of the police chiefs on the stand at the time looked really stunned on hearing his suggestions on peacefully dealing with the protesters wasn't even taken into consideration and were just ignored.

Trudeau just after the Act was Invoked, went on tv tearfully stating he'd done all he could to avoid further escalations which was repeatedly shown to not be the case on the final day of the Inquiry when he gave evidence.

Disappointingly, Brendan Miller who'd been a shining light in this sea of corruption all through the Inquiry wasn't a part of the final days hearing and so there wasn't a real challenge to anything stated by Trudeau, sadly.

So, a disappointing end to proceedings but the one plus is that so much evidence was presented of bad decisions and lies under legal conditions that going forward there is a good chance of further actions now being taken.

After 6 tough weeks of testimony we the public were cheated out of a satisfactory result of at least seeing Trudeau squirm under the freedom convoy lawyer Miller's gaze.

One major point that I don't understand is why did no one question Deputy PM Freeland about her seat on the board of the WEF at the Inquiry? This surely shows no impartiality to the care of the Canadian people being the priority and not globalist interests.

Closing arguments were rather interesting it has to be said in that most of the lawyers stated that the Emergency Act was unjustified in its invocation, confirming that the conditions for a real emergency hadn't actually been met.

The Freedom convoy lawyers restated Brendan Millers opening statement about how there were no grounds or basis for the Invocation and called for the resignation of Prime Minister Trudeau.

So the Judge now has the evidence given during the past 6 weeks along with the closing statements which really negated much of the testimony surprisingly enough as regardless of what happened during the protestors stay in Canada the aim going forward is to stop the government from doing the same unjustified over-reach next time.

We now await a finding from the judge on recommendations and actions as a result which could take time to be presented bearing in mind the vast numbers of documents and evidence heard.
